From humble beginnings as farmers. Armed only with a few degrees from the University of Pretoria, where incidentally they had also met. They entered the real world and family life after tying the knot in 1990. Soon after they obtained their rather prestigious qualifications in parenting and grandparenting. They have a very loving and energetic close-knit family.

Erika has always been involved in the complete well-being of people, her natural curiosity lead her to investigate the world of Mannatech. At that point in time it was mainly to help Erika with the health problems she was facing. She eventually discovered the full-blown world of Mannatech and quickly came to realise that it could be a vehicle revolutionise people and their daily lives. By means of this platform she was able to empower the everyday person. Erika today is well known as a leader that will move mountains to ensure you are where you need to be.

Riaan had been involved in different multi-level marketing ventures therefor was extremely sceptical at first. Results and facts, eventually made him a firm believer, helping him to see the community's need for this real food technology. Mannatech quickly became a perfect fit for him and his family.

Riaan and Erika are both involved in successful business ventures. They have always been active in the community with a home and dinner table that has welcomed many people in need of comfort and advice over the years.

When they joined Mannatech in 2017, The initial game plan was to simply get their own products cheaper or even free if they were lucky. Never in their wildest dreams could they anticipate that Mannatech could and would generate a steady passive income.

They just loved the energy and positivity of the Mannatech community and soon found themselves achieving quite significant goals. Winning the 2017 Rookie of the Year Award and closely after the 2018 Outstanding Achievement Award. They were on their way to success. Their continued involvement with the Mannatech in return restored and bolstered their own health and greatly helped them gain financial freedom.

Not only do they get to go to the most incredible holiday destinations around the world, they also have the opportunity to help their people share in the experience.

Mannatech today is still only a part time venture for this power couple. They use Mannatech as a tool to sow Hope and Life in the lives of those they meet. They do not only use Mannatech for their wonderful products, but also as a method to help mentor and enable others that have been placed on their path, turning their dreams into a reality.
