Frances matriculated in 2006 in a very small town called Matatiele where she focused her attention on her strengths of being creative. 'Having a learning disability, made me a very shy, reserved and observant person.'

She later accepted a job offer as a Graphic Designer in Kokstad and then moved to Bloemfontein where she met her husband.

Andrew was born and raised in Bloemfontein. From a young age he had to support his family by working at a caravan tuckshop, whilst still in school. After matriculating in 2005, Andrew started working at their family business (Construction Equipment) packing boxes in the storeroom. He eventually worked himself up and now running their family company alongside his brother. 

Andrew and Frances became entrepreneurs at a very young age. Most nights were spent in their two-bedroom apartment, building up their new venture while friends were out partying.

'Starting our family was our biggest desire, but we ran into some health challenges and that's where we were introduced to these amazing products. We are now blessed with two beautiful little ones, one definitely being a glyco-baby'.

When Andrew and Frances were introduced to the MANNATECH business in 2017, Andrew was initially not too fond of the idea, as they were not looking for another business opportunity. Frances, however, wanted to get their products for free & grabbed hold of the opportunity, not knowing what wonderful things were ahead of them. 

'I never thought Frances would be able to succeed at Network Marketing, given her shy and reserved personality. She couldn't even answer my mother's phone calls! Change doesn't just happen; it takes intentional choices to be different. I'm so glad I decided to join my wife in this venture, I'm so glad we chose to plug into the system and chose to share our life changing experiences. This business gave so many people new hope for the future, just like it gave us.' -Andrew

Plug into the System... it helped us grow tremendously and brought out the Leaders in ourselves we never knew existed.

Now Frances works part time at her and Andrew's Signage company, which they started back in 2009, and spend the rest of the day with their two kids, working part time on their Mannatech business. This business creates amazing teams and we are blessed with incredible friends in ours. We are most grateful for the Mentorship that came with this opportunity. Guidance, inspiration, encouragement, hearing us, all included but most importantly our mentors become family!
