Gerhard and Nicola live on their parent’s farm in the Steynsrus district for the past 10 years. They are blessed with two beautiful children and they consider it a great privilege to be able to raise their children in a rural area.

Gerhard has been a Steynsrus farm boy all his life and he joined his father, a farmer, on the farm after matric. In 2010 he decided to establish his own agricultural contractor business – he bales hay for the farmers in the area. He also works part time for a crop insurance company as an assessor.

Nicola grew up in a small-town Lindley. She worked in England for two years after matriculating. Upon her return, she managed the family business in Steynsrus, where she also met Gerhard. In 2011 she started working for a crop insurance company in Kroonstad.

“Mannatech found us in 2017,” says Nicola. “We were both in our early thirty’s, had a lot of dept and huge financial challenges and were searching for an extra source of income. At first, we were very sceptical about network marketing, but soon recognised the potential in this opportunity.”

Network marketing opened new doors for them and also closed a few old doors. In the beginning of 2020, they bought their first house in Kroonstad and will soon call it their hometown. Nicola could also resign her full-time work in crop insurance after two years of doing Mannatech part time and enjoy spending more time with her loved ones. It was her lifelong dream to not spend five days a week at an eight to five office job and miss out on her children’s schooling etc.

They have reached the level of Bronze Presidential Directors in 2019 and won Outstanding Achievement Awards in 2018 and 2019. “None of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for the grace of our Lord, Gerhard’s love and support and our amazing team”, says Nicola.

Their heart is to help as many people as they can to live a stress-free life with financial freedom, time freedom and optimal health - to enjoy life to the fullest!
